Pork & Lamb Butchery Demonstration

With our pork and lamb butchery demonstrations, we’ll give you an insight into the local small holdings we use to supply our pork and lamb on a weekly basis, our master butcher will then demonstrate full carcass breakdown of both pork and lamb, going into extensive detail about the cuts of meats and how they are best cooked, wastage and yields and comparisons across both animals.

Alongside the demonstration, the course will also include drinks and nibbles, 10% off purchases made while you’re on the course, your very own C&B apron and mastering the famous ‘Butcher’s knot’

Please note Thursday courses take place 10am-2pm at Broad View Farm, Cold Ash whilst Saturday courses take place 5.30-8.30pm at our store in Thatcham Broadway (finish times are approximate)

Demonstrations & courses are usually tailored to 4-6people, we exercise the right to postpone if this isn’t met.
