Beef Butchery Demonstration

Our beef butchery demonstrations really are a cut above the rest.. with this demonstration taking place at the farm where our beef is sourced; Broad View Farm, Cold Ash, you will get to meet the farmer Charles Bovingdon and get an insight into British Farming, from there, you will get to see Pete break down a side of beef revealing the many under-utilized cuts, explaining along the way; cooking techniques, hanging process and why it’s important to know where your meat is from.

Alongside the demonstration, the course will also include drinks and nibbles, 10% off purchases made while you’re on the course, and your very own C&B apron.

Beef demonstrations take place 10am-2pm at Broad View Farm, Cold Ash, on Saturday’s (finish times are approximate),

Please Note, Saturday’s get booked up fast, therefor Thursday’s are offered at a discounted rate.

Demonstrations & courses are usually tailored to 4-6people, we exercise the right to postpone if this isn’t met.
